What is digital imaging?
- instead of a receiving a slide or negative, digital information is stored
on a computer, then put onto a CD-ROM.
- The file can be used by a photo lab or printer who can make prints,
color separations or transparencies from the file
- CD format allows you to save photos that have been retouched or manipulated in
computer programs.
First we scan a slide or negative or use a digital camera to create a file. Then in Photoshop program we can touch up
a few little things or go crazy and change everything. We can take your studio
photo and put it on location, distort it or re-color it.
