Georgia Setoff Debt Collection Act

The Jesup Housing Authority actively supports the inclusion of public housing authorities in the state of Georgia as an eligible claimant agency in the state's current Setoff Debt Collection Act.  The legislation would amend Section 48-7-161 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated to include a PHA as an eligible claimant agency.
