St. Mary Church is a historic landmark. It is the oldest standing church in Nashville, Tennessee and our city's holiest and most historic shrine to Mary. Dedicated on October 31, 1847, the church is a beautiful specimen of Grecian architecture, with towering ceilings, Ionic columns, and ornamental interiors. St. Mary Church is located near to Capitol Hill.
