This is page is nothing but "The Freak"!!!
I purchased "The Freak" from Rob Tudehope in October of 2002. Rob has produced some of THE BEST surinames in the business, and "The Freak" is no exception. He has highly exaggerated widow's peaks, even for a boa constrictor constrictor from Suriname, South America.
Despite their reputations, many BCC's, like "The Freak" are quite tame, docile, and handle easily.
This photo was taken by, and is courtesy of, Jim Selfridge. It was taken before I purchased the animal from Rob. If my pictures ever look that good, I'll be happy!
Last one for now... This pic showed the pinks and blues that are starting to develop on "The Freak's" sides. This color will continue to develop as he ages showing maximum color just before full adult size. At adult size, surinames usually begin to dull and darken. We'll see what happens with "The Freak".
