I Elias Harrison Jamison of Fairfield County and State of South Carolina, being of sound and disposing mind and memory rendering thanks to God the giver of all good for the same, do hereby make and declare this instrument of writing to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: That is to say:- 1st I return to my maker the soul which has been entrusted to my care for the past three score years and more humbly thanking him for the many privileges and blessings which it has been my lot to enjoy. 2nd I desire that all my funeral expenses and just debts if any there be paid out of the first funds coming into the hands of my Executor here-in after named. 3rd I give desire and bequeath to my son William Harrison Jamison the tract of land whereon I have resided lately containing five acres more or less together with all the improvements hereon, household and kitchen furniture tools farming implements, stock of Hogs, Cattle, Poultry and soforth if anything be to him and heirs forever. 4th I give desire and bequeath to my said son William Harrison Jamison to him and his heirs forever Fifteen acres of land out of the tract of One Hundred acres more or less the said tract having been purchased my me of Benj. Cloud Administration (from the Estate of David Montgomery) and bounded on all sides by ---Hall the said Fifteen acres of land are to be laid off from what portion of the said One Hundred Acre tract which lies nexto adjacent to the lands given the said Wm. H. Jamison in the 3rd item of this will. 5th I give desire and bequeath to my daughter Alice Hood, during her natural life, and then to the heirs of her body Twenty-five acres of land out of the One hundred acre tract mentioned above- Said Twenty-five acres to be laid off adjoining the Fifteen acres devised to Wm. H. Jamison in item 4th of this will. 6th I give desire and bequeath to my granddaughter Caroline Jamison of my deceased son Lowell Jamison Twenty-five acres of land out of the tracts of land purchased by me of Benj. Cloud Administration (from the Estate of David Montgomery) containing Sixty-nine acres more or less and bounded by (???) Hall, Morgan and Morgan (Inc??) said Twenty-five acres to be setaside in a body from any part of the tracts of Sixty-nine acres the same to be for her sole and separate use and (??) during life and then to the heirs of her body. 7th I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Agnes Eugenia Blanton wife of Stephen Taylor Blanton for and during the term of her natural life and then to the heirs of her body Forty-five acres the remaining portion of the tract of Sixty-nine acres mentioned in the preceding clause 6th of land being the same more or less. 8th Should my daughter Caron Elizabeth Dolen the wife of John Dolen render to my Executors herein after named and bill for caring for me or for services rendered to me, then it is my will and desire that she take her distribution share of the rest and residue of my estate as mentioned in the item immediately below this (9th, but should no such bill be presented then I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Caron Elizabeth Dolen to her during life and then to the heirs of her body Twenty-five acres out of the One Hundred acre tract mentioned above in item 5 of this will. 9th I vive devise and bequeath to all my children share and share alike the child or children of deceased parents representing said deceased parents the rest and residue of my Estate of whatever it may consist to them and their heirs forever. 10th I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my son William Harrison Jamison and Stephen Taylor Blanton my son-in law to be the Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling any and all will by me heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.
