Meem and Lucy Meem in fee simple, to be equally divided between them, share alike, my one undivided sixth interest and estate in the following named two pieces of real estate in said Georgetown: Viz: in the house and lot on Green Street used by my said sisters as a family home and which they now reside and in the house and lot on Bank Alley, belonging to the heirs at law of my father, the late John Meem, and which two pieces of real estate are more particularly set forth and described in the deed of conveyance made by my brother James G.
