After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real, and personal, I give, bequeath, and dispose of as follows, to wit: To my beloved wife Amanda Jamieson I will and bequeath all my property real and personal, to her and her heirs forever, the real estate herein willed is the tract of land whereon we now reside consisting of seventy-six acres more or less and known as the Gibson placed. The personal property herein willed embraces all money, stock, farm equipment, crops on hand, etc at my death. Likewise I make and constitute my friend John J.
