     First- I give to my wife Martha J. Jamieson my real estate consisting of four tracts of land. 1st McCollum tract containing 50 acres more or less. 2nd. Innmon (??) tract containing 50 acres more or less. 3rd. William Jamieson tract & 4th John Jamieson tract containing 195 acres more or less, all containing 295 acres more or less, being bounded by lands of Jeff Clack, Elias …..(?) W.D. Hope & Billy Moore & others, same lying on the waters if Turkey Creek, Chester, SC
     Second- I give all my personal property consisting of 2 Mules, 1 Mare & Colt, wagon buggy (?) & other farming utensils, household & Kitchen furniture to my wife Martha J. Jamieson.
     Third- To my children James Jamieson, Keifer Jamison, Maggie Jones, John Jamieson ….(?) Crocker I give Five Dollars apiece to be paid by my wife Martha J. Jamison on my death.
     Finally I do hereby appoint my wife Martha J. Jamieson the Executrix of this my last will and testament.
