SECOND- I give and devise my land involved(?) in Chester County, said State, containing about two hundred ninety five acres, more or less, after the payment of my debts as aforesaid shall be divided into two equal lots or halves, so that each half shall contain an equal number of acres, by a dividing line to be run from the Julie Wood(?) on the West to the Gilchrist line on the East, by the shortest and most direct route so as to equally divide the place as to acres, frontage and width on the rear; and the one half lying north of said dividing line shall go and belong to my two children, Mrs. Maggie Davis and John R. Jamison in equal shares absolutely and forever. And the other half lying north of said dividing line shall go and belong to my three children, James L. Jamison, Keifer K. Jamison and Sallie Crocker in equal shares absolutely and forever. I further direct that in case any of my children desire to sell their share that preference is to be given to my other children or any of them, to buy the part to be sold at a price to be agreeable to all parties concerned. I direct that no rent shall be charged to my son James L. Jamison for the use of any of my land, which he is now working or has worked in the past, until the end of the crop year after my death. I expect my son James L. Jamison, to pay the Bank note, which I have endorsed, for him out of the cotton pledge by him as security. I expect my two children John R. Jamison and Maggie Davis to care for me and provide me a house and support during my illness and until I die, as long as I live. I do not claim or own any of personal property on the farm, but it belongs to my son James L. Jamison, except my household furniture and beds and bedding and I give all my personal property owned by me at my death to my son James L. Jamison Signed and published on this the 27th of April 1922, in the presence of the three subscribing witnesses hereto who at the request of the Testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other have signed their names as witnesses.
