I, John C Jamieson of Hazelwood Township, Chester County South Carolina being considering the uncertainty of this life do therefore make, publish, and declare, this to be my last Will and Testament, that is to say: 1st. After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my estate, real, and personal, I give, bequeath, and dispose of as follows, to wit: To my beloved wife Amanda Jamieson I will and bequeath all my property real and personal, to her and her heirs forever, the real estate herein willed is the tract of land whereon we now reside consisting of seventy-six acres more or less and known as the Gibson placed. The personal property herein willed embraces all money, stock, farm equipment, crops on hand, etc at my death. Likewise I make and constitute my friend John J. McDaniel to be the Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by made.
