Gary Koepke has been a ventriloquist and a musician since the age of 8 and a magician since the age of 12. He began performing working children’s birthday parties while still in elementary school and continued expanding his arenas of performance to corporate parties, civic events, and political fundraising before graduation from high school. Since that time, he has continued performing in the corporate vein and also performed in restaurants, theatres, television, and clubs.

The act is a combination of stand up comedy, magic, and ventriloquism with occasional musical additions. His ‘friends’ are both soft puppets similar to those popularized by many of today's children’s television shows and the traditional ‘wooden’ figures utilized by the ventriloquists of the past. The ‘magic’ is used to promote audience participation and interaction with the audience. It is played for fun and is in no way associated with the occult or mystical hocus pocus.
