Firebrand has been a winner all of his life. In 1997, he was the reserve world champion weanling stallion. In 1998, he was shown sparingly but was the SSHBEA Spring Show Yearling Champion. 1999 was his first season under saddle, and it went well, too. He is now owned by Keresa Bradford of Paducah, KY.
