Here's the windshield installed and the dash taken out to be covered.  The windshield holes needed to be opened up, so I recommend a test fit before doing your paint.

To get a good tight fit, I laid the material on a some plywood and nailed it to one end.  Then stretched it about 3 inches to pull the wrinkles out and nailed it to the plank.  I then sprayed the adhesive on the material and the dash and placed the dash on the material.  I put some bricks on the dash and let it sit overnight before finishing the job.

This is my co-pilots first ride.  What a blast...with one minor exception.  If you look in the picture above, you'll notice the hood handles aren't installed.  I forgot to take the hood off, and on our drive, the hood went flying over our heads...a good 20 feet in the air.  The Co-Pilot wouldn't stop laughing...thankfully, there was nobody behind us.
