CHATTAHOOCHEE FOREST CABINS POLICYS
Chattahoochee Forest Cabins serves as the agent and representative
of all owners of rental cabins in our rental program, and is acting
at all times, in and for the best interests of the owners.

Rentals have a three-night minimum, unless otherwise noted.
Rates are based on 4 people. There will be a $10.00 additional charge
for each extra person per night.
Rates, Taxes and Fees
Rates are based on the individual cabins rates may be slightly higher
for holidays and the peak season. Guest will be responsible for the
taxes. A non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Rates, taxes and
fees are subject to change without notice.
Reservation:
$125.00 for Indian Ridge and $200.00 for Summit Overlook at the time
of booking to hold your reservation. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Money Order and cash. Full rental amount will be collected
upon arrival.
Damage Deposit
The damage deposit will be refunded after cabin has been checked for
damage and excessive cleaning fees. A credit card may be used for this
deposit.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made 2 weeks prior to arrival. In the event
of a timely cancellation,
deposits will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee. If the cancellation
is made 7-13 days,
before scheduled arrival, a 50% refund will be made, 6 days (or less)
before arrival, no refund will be made.
No Show Policy
The total amount of the reservation will be charged along with a $30.00
administration fee.
Returned Checks
A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.
Confirmation
Confirmation of the reservation will be mailed, faxed or emailed to
Guest(s) upon receipt of the reservation advance payment. Please read
the confirmation for accuracy of dates, mailing address, number of adult's
and/ or children and accommodations. Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED
GUESTS ONLY.
Satellite Television
All properties are privately owned and have different subscription packages
for satellite. Owner does not guarantee any programs or events.
Telephone Calls
All Cabins are equipped with a telephone. All long distant calls are
to be placed by credit card, 800 or calling cards.
Smoking
Smoking not permitted inside any cabin. Outside smoking is permitted
but please do not litter.
Keys
All keys must be returned upon check out. Our cabins are privately owned
and guests are responsible for lost keys. The property must be re-keyed
in the event the keys are lost, misplaced or not returned and you will
be responsible for the cost of this procedure.
Pets
NO PETS are allowed in or on the premises.
Linen
A basic supply of linen is provided in each cabin. Bed linen and bath
towels are not changed during your stay.
Listing and Pricing
Information regarding individual listings is believed accurate but cannot
be guaranteed. We have made every effort to ensure that all the information
on Agent(s) website is current and accurate. The possibility of errors
and omissions exists. We will be happy to confirm all data contained
herein or answer any questions you may have prior to booking your reservation.
Rates, furnishings, fees, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Cleaning Requirements
Guest(s) are required to leave the property in the same general condition
it was when Guest(s) arrived. Dishes should be cleaned and put away;
beds do not need to be made. Agent(s) will dust, vacuum, sanitize, and
clean all towels and linens upon you departure. If additional cleaning
is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from your security
deposit. Guest(s) is responsible for any damage, abuse, excessive cleanup
requirements, or loss caused by any member of Guest(s) party to the
property or its contents during Guest(s) occupancy.
Check Out Procedures
The following items must be complied with before check out or Guest(s)
shall forfeit his/her security deposit.
a. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and utensils must be washed, dried
and put away (do not leave in dishwasher) and the stove/oven shall be
left in a clean condition.
b. Refrigerator should be left clean and free of food.
c. Windows and doors must be left closed and locked with the air conditioner
on 80 degrees or heat on 45 degrees, depending on the outside temperature.
d. All trash put in outside garbage cans when applicable
e. All litter, cigarette butts must be picked up from the yard, front
and back, and placed in the outside garbage cans, tied securely in trash
bags.
f. Furniture in the cabin placed back where it was found and the cabin
left neat and in order.
Right of Entry
Guest(s) agree that the Agent(s) reserves the right to enter the rental
property anytime to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check
for damage, to make such repairs, alterations or improvements thereto
as Agent(s) may deem appropriate.
Expedited Eviction
A material breach of this Agreement by Guest(s), which in the sole determination
of the Agent, results in damage to the Premised, personal injury to
Guest(s) or others, a breach of the peach, a nuisance to others, or
a violation of criminal law or local code, shall be grounds for termination
of Guest(s) tenancy. Violation of any of the rules contained here in
will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION and forfeiture of rent and severity
deposit.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Guest(s) agree to indemnify and save harmless the Owner and Agent(s)
for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising
from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of, or
in connection with Guest(s) use and occupancy of the rental cabin including
but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage
or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s).
The terms "Agent(s)" and "Owner" as used in this
Agreement shall include their heirs, successors in interest, assigns,
employees, agents, and representatives where the context requires or
permits, The terms "Guest(s)," "You" and "Your"
as used in this Agreement shall include Guest(s) heirs successors, assigns,
guests, invitees, representatives and other persons on the rental cabin
during Guest(s) occupancy (without regard to whether such persons have
authority under this Agreement to be upon the rental cabin, where the
context requires or permits.
Please read and sign and return the reservation form below. By signing
this, you the guest have read and fully agree to all the above policies
and to hold harmless from any responsibility of liability, Chattahoochee
Forest Cabin owners and their representatives resulting from any loss,
damage or personal injury incurred by any guest on the rental cabin
premises.
