Tony Roberts was born Frank Anthony in Roanoke, Virginia. He
was relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in the fifth grade when his parents job moved
them there. He graduated Walker High School and attended and graduated from
DeVry Keypunch school in Atlanta. Before ever using this new skill, he enlisted
in the US Navy at the Naval Air Station, Atlanta to join the fight in Vietnam. Tony never made it to Vietnam, but remained
stationed in the USA. After 8 years on
active duty he left the Navy when offered a position with the IBM Corporation
as a Customer Engineer. During his 13 years with IBM, Tony kept attending
part-time colleges around the country. After IBM, he ran his own business,
worked for other computer service corporations, and eventually went on his own
again. It was during the time with his last employer in the computer services
industry that he received a Divine Calling to pursue Hypnotherapy and,
soon after, he completed his doctorate in counseling. It may seem odd that
someone so involved in the left brain logical world would end up with a degree
in what might be deemed a right brain career. Actually, the college teaches
from a left brain perspective. His pursuit of the degree was just a personal
need. His training at the American Institute of Hypnotherapy fulfilled the need
required by the Calling. “Dr. Tony,” as
his clients and a Sioux Healer have nicknamed him, has been practicing in the
healing arts since the mid-1990’s and maintains a very high (98%) rate of
success in helping others. If you ask him, he will probably tell you it’s the
Divine energy that flows through all living creation that does the healing, he
merely assists.
