Welcome To My Cooley Genealogy Pages.

My ancestors lived in southwestern PA for over eight generations. They settled in Fayette County, PA around 1790 after leaving Harford County, Maryland. They were associated with places such as Smithfield, Brownfield, Georges Twp., Fairchance, Woodbridgetown, Uniontown, Clairton and McKeesport; all areas where they were born, lived, or died.

The genealogical information on these pages is the result of my Aunt Kathryn Cooley Miller's many years of research which she has compiled into her book titled "My Cooley-Walters Ancestry from Fairchance, PA and Surrounding Areas".
