Autistic behavior is not in this game at all!
In appearance, maybe we autistic folks are like the early theater with stock characters cast in every play. If a social “question” isn’t answered by clothing/fashion, the result of evaluating the nonexistent “answer” just floats indeterminately (as can happen with electronics), and one winds up measuring noise.
Anywhere there isn’t a detectable answer, we can experience this. Yet when our presentation is interpreted ad nauseum (and this certainly applies to other aspects such as voice and face management) we seem to provide a blank canvas for others’ projections and assignations of importance. Or, possibly, a canvas with our desires on it, which are then deemed of such little value (perhaps due to their primitivism?) that they are simply painted over.
Voice management. Face management. Clothing management. Fashion management. Behavior management. Is everything some kind of game? Lemme outa here!
