This history will not be complete without mention of Camille's death by euthanasia on the sixth of October in the year 2004.  I (Camille's person) am not at all a fan of euthanasia as a mere substitute for natural death.  But insofar as it released her from prolonged suffering that seemed inevitable and had already begun, I am grateful that she chose it; for this is the way it seemed.  Her request that I do something more to help her was unmistakeable.  And quite simply, there was nothing else left.  She died peacefully.        Goodnight, Camille.  I love you.
