Hi. It's me again, Diana, the builder of this site. This is really fun! I started these pages in July of 1999. I didn't even know ABOUT html when I started, but I muddled through and caught onto the basic concepts. Once that happens, there are all kinds of new, time-wasting tricks that can be learned. Take mouseovers. I worked for days trying to get a mouseover to work right, and finally had to give up. I went back to it later, after I had learned to actually read what they are supposed to say, and voila! Piece of cake! I love challenges in which there's absolutely nothing at stake. Things like Rubic's Cube, a good crossword puzzle, and making web pages, are ways for me to get into a state of flow. Do you know about flow? Read the book by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. (If anyone ever actually visits my site, I can hear someone thinking YEAH, RIGHT! LIKE I CAN EVEN READ HIS NAME! But then if Dr. Csikszentmihalyi ever visits my site, he'll be glad to see himself.) So let's move along. I have a few other pages that I'm working on, and there will probably be more added as time goes by.
