PROFILE: Sky Lynx is not happy with his loss of self-produced flight. But this change has just pushed him even harder to become the best pilot in the Autobot forces, and in private moments he almost sighs in relief that he no longer has to contend with careless Autobot soldiers or rowdy Dinobots inside his body during long transport hauls. Self-assured and a little haughty, Sky Lynx bristles under Grimlock’s leadership, whom he sees as an unintelligent brute and beneath him. Grimlock, however, recognizes Sky Lynx as a valuable commander and puts up with his “deplorable excess of personality” because Sky Lynx almost always triumphs in any hostile situation, making him a lynchpin in the overall fight to defeat Shockwave and his reborn Decepticons.

ABILITIES: Sky Lynx possesses remarkable durability for a mech his size. He is a highly skilled fighter and his outer shell is nearly invulnerable to infantry-scale weapons. He routinely charges into battle in his Spinosaur mode putting his sharp teeth and claws to punishing effect. The super-dense mace on the end of his tail can puncture heavy armor with a well-placed blow, and a flip-out vibrosword hidden inside his sail can slice through a Decepticon like a laser beam through butter. If his physical attacks fail, his mouth houses a built-in Acetylene blaster, which can produce a 3000 degree Celsius flame. In addition to his fighting prowess, Sky Lynx is a superb pilot and an outstanding commander.

WEAKNESSES: Many of the Autobots find Sky Lynx's attitude off-putting to say the least.
