PROFILE: Shrapnel has been reborn and he's loving every second of it! As loud and brash on the battlefield as ever, Shrapnel revels in his increased control over electricity and delights in the newness of his reformatted insect form. Shrapnel was tearing up a Maximal police station when he was found by Shockwave and offered the chance to join the new Decepticons. Shrapnel didn't even have to think about it.

ABILITIES: Shrapnel can attract, generate, or control electrical current with his sharp pincer claws. He can generate up to 60,000 volts of electricity and can discharge it in either mode. Concentrating, he has the ability to control electrical devices. In insect mode he can fly 50 miles before tiring.

WEAKNESSES: Propper insulation from electrical damage completely negates the effects of Shrapnel's powers. Can't keep quiet on the battlefield to save his life...literally.
