PROFILE: Ratbat is ruthless in his dedication to fuel accounting. The acquisition and distribution of the Decepticon fuel and energon reserves are his passion and cause other Decepticons to see him as an unfriendly, miserly little Transformer who uses his power over their life energy to extort respect. And they are correct in this assessment. Ratbat has no use for friends and would probably be abandoned by his fellow Decepticons if he weren?t as good at his job as he truly is. When not engaged in battle or scouting for energy sources, he can be found in Soundwave's cargo area poring over fuel efficiency reports.

ABILITIES: Ratbat is highly intelligent and skilled in strategy, accounting, and scouting. Once leader of the Decepticons, he has developed leadership skills that make him an excellent field commander. He can fly at a speed of 65 miles per hour for 200 miles. His fangs are sensitive fuel detectors that can pinpoint even the tiniest traces of energy from miles away. Can convert any energy source into usable fuel for himself or other Transformers through a special interface jack located in his tail. Ratbat transforms into an energon extractor pistol that holds a Transformer in a paralyzing field while it completely drains the target of all energon within their body through the joints and connection points.

WEAKNESSES: In Earth vernacular Ratbat would be said to have "Bad people skills".
