ALLEGIANCE: Decepticon
FUNCTION: Warrior
"The road to conquest is best traveled one step at a time."
PROFILE: Returning to Cybertron after centuries spent roaming
the Outer Rim of the Galaxy; Krok has emerged as one of the most dangerous of
the current batch of Decepticons. Gaining more command knowledge and experience
while serving as second-in-command to Bludgeon following Unicron's first attack
on Cybertron, Krok was soon sent from the main Decepticon army with a small
force of commandos to establish and upkeep Decepticon outposts and weapons
caches throughout inhabited space. During this time, Krok would visit inhabited
worlds and sample the local sporting events, and participate when opportunities
presented themselves. Krok soon developed a great deal of interest in Earth
American Football, taking great pains to catch transmissions of games beamed
from the planet. He soon set out to develop a version of the sport suitable for
Cybertronians that mixed aspects of the Earth game as well as his old
profession of mecha-soccer. Tracking down a group of Hub Decepticons to alter
his Nucleon-locked body to become better adapted to his new Sport, Krok became
a hulking war machine as fine tuned toward breaking a tackle as blasting an
Autobot defensive position to slag. Returning to his home planet, Krok has
re-joined the war so that it can be ended swiftly, and he can bring his new
breed of Sports to a Cybertron under Decepticon rule. Krok has since become one
of Shockwave’s most trusted lieutenants and works well with fellow commander
Trypticon, creating an unusual lack of turmoil among the top ranks of the
Decepticon army.
ABILITIES: Krok
is a more then competent commander and ideally suited for leading groups of
Decepticons into battle. Krok has an extensive offensive capability in both
modes. In robot mode Krok is extremely strong and fast. He can utilize jets
hidden within his leg cowlings to maneuver in the air and leap great distances.
Resonators built into his arm shrouds can create seismic shocks that are
powerful enough to create small-scale earthquakes upon contact with any surface;
this is especially devastating when applied to another Transformer. In jet
mode, Krok is extremely fast, maneuverable, and capable of extended interplanetary
space travel. Also in this mode, a pair of nose mounted repeating blasters
keeps his enemies at bay. In both modes Krok can fire a set of high explosive
missiles from launchers located in his upper torso in robot mode, and an aft
mounted turret in jet mode. He is also equipped with a pair of Gatoraider concussion
missiles, each loaded with a sophisticated droid brain that can track and hound
a target until it is destroyed. The missiles are even capable of returning to
Krok in one piece if the target manages to elude them for any reason.
WEAKNESSES: Krok has no known weaknesses
