PROFILE: A grizzled veteran, Ironhide has returned as surly and cranky as ever. Tough and fearless, Ironhide has re-dedicated himself to the Autobot cause and has become an even more fierce bodyguard to Rodimus Prime. Ages of war, as well as death and rebirth, have done nothing to erode his deeply felt, although well hidden, soft side, which drives the old warrior towards the preservation of all life.

ABILITIES: A skilled warrior and security expert, Ironhide possesses armor composed of super-strong trithylium-steel alloy that protects him from heavy physical and radiation attacks. Special nozzles built into his fingers can dispense a variety of chemical agents; among these are a super-hot liquid metal, a petrochemical spray, and liquid nitrogen. In robot mode carries a whip blade capable of slicing Decepticon limbs off with little hesitation.

WEAKNESSES: Ironhide has yet to acclimate to his new body and does not utilize his increased agility and speed to their fullest extent. Conversely, he has not adjusted to the new body's decreased level of strength from his old one.
