PROFILE: The Decepticons' answer to clearing a prospective planet's civilization, before they drain it of it's resources. He works best alone, and to work with him is almost a suicide assignment. Rushes into battle, using tactical and terrain knowledge received by his two drone scouts, slaughtering everything he sees that moves. Has very little personality and a vengeance rivaled only by Unicron's minions. Summons his axe and mask from subspace, taking on an executioner's role.

ABILITIES: Vibro-titanium axe, thermo-vision mask, two slag-maker rifles. Can operate both drones with his mind, utilizing their speed and alternate forms, as the situation requires.

WEAKNESSES: Fastlane is at an extreme disadvantage if his drones are damaged during battle.
