Memorial Brick Program

Camp Moore started an engraved Memorial Brick program just over a year ago. We have recently installed the first two hundred engraved bricks and filled in the remainder of the 30ft. x 30ft. battle flag pattern with 3400 plain paving bricks and 250 ft. of blue tile to make the saltire. Twelve tiles had a white star painted and baked on. The results of this work are shown below. We are indebted to a large number of people that volunteered much time to make this happen. We are also indebted to those persons that have supported Camp Moore by purchasing memorial bricks, thus giving us the needed funding to make this Volunteer Memorial Courtyard a reality. The four fields of the flag are appropriately named: Valor, Honor, Duty and Courage.

We have reopened ordering of engraved memorial bricks and you may place your order by downloading the form from the link below, printing it and sending it, along with $50.00 to Camp Moore. If you are unable to download Word 2000 files, please email N. Wayne Cosby and we will see that you are sent an application. Engraved bricks are ordered every January, April and September. You will receive a certificate acknowledging your participation in the program and get a year's free membership in the Friends of Camp Moore. Honor an ancestor, a loved one, a regiment or just a special person!
