In addition to milk, Garst Bros. Dairy produced several other items including: cottage cheese,
butter, chocolate milk, cream, whipped cream, sour cream, and buttermilk. The only product to
have its own glassware was cottage cheese. There were two styles of glass produced for cottage cheese.
At some point in time cottage cheese was switched form glass to waxed cardboard for distribution.
Glass cottage cheese jars of at least two sizes were produced. Both use front #7 on the reverse side.
