Balsa subfloor. I'm beginning with Redwood deck in these pictures. Someone asked for a dollar bill on the deck to see the size. I also added the banister rail with the ship bell made from the end of a pull-chain from a ceiling fan. Deck finished.

Finished details of mid-ship. Started the masts. Dowel rod and mast cap splices made of Oak. Belay pins and cleats from Model-expo. Ladders and banisters are home made.

Here are the crow's nests or mast platforms,( I guess that's what they call them.) Made with redwood and brass. At this point I figured out how to make my cannons fire. Here is a preview of the next set of pictures.
