The rails were quite time consuming since each had multiple curves. Yes, that's my thumb.

The cannons (small merchant cannons) were from Model Expo. I drilled them out to shoot talcum powder.

 Some of the belay pins and dead eyes from Model Expo. The turn buckles and chain plates under the deadeyes are made from  jewelry supplies from "Michaels" craft store.
