HTML Editors & Converters
In addition to the commercial and freeware editors, many of the "freebie" web page space providers have their own software that enables you to build web pages without knowledge of HTML. However, I recommend that you learn HTML (at least the basics) even if you use an editor. Often you will need to go into the coding and make changes manually in the HTML. Also, Netscape has a built-in editor, composer, for building pages.

Copyright Issues on the 'Net
Copyright is an important issue when placing information on the Web. Because it is easy to copy graphics from other pages and to place other information, including sound clips, on the Web, it is important to be aware of some of these issues in order to avoid the possibility of a lawsuit.
