On September 7, 2007, Larry and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. For the reception our children gave us, I created a PowerPoint presentation of our wedding pictures and pictures of our children, our grandchildren, our interests, and pictures of us as we have aged. It is located here: Our lives. You can open it with either PowerPoint or a free PowerPoint viewer found here. Or you can download it and then open it with PowerPoint. It's a large file and will take a long time to download if you have dialup, but if you have DSL or cable access to the internet, you can download it fairly quickly.

While teaching at SSU, I taught courses concerning the Internet. Following are pages I designed for use in those courses. You might find some of the links helpful as you use the Internet, either personally or professionally, and/or in writing your own web pages. They are not tutorials on HTML. If you are looking for a tutorial, look on the Internet 103 page for URLs for tuts.

In the past I have put current holiday information on this main web page. Now I will have that information on separate pages. I now have a page titled Holidays, which will have links to separate pages for the major holidays of the year.

Class Homework
One thing I enjoy is learning. Just because I have retired does not mean I am through learning. LOL Another interest (obviously) is writing web pages. The Internet has many sites with information on how to create graphics for your web pages. I have taken courses from LVS Online, as well as working with tutorials on various mailing lists.
