Bogus13- Skip Space, a self tutored web page designer and at press time still employed by the Bogus13 web site is apparently on the lam this morning. An anomalous spokesperson for the World Wide Web Consortiuum vowed, "What he's doing is criminal, we will get him! He's carried on this farce long enough."

The Consortium otherwise known as the W3C sets the standards for web pages and said Skips were inexcusable. "Not one of them will validate and we dare anyone with a non Internet Explorer 5.x to even guess at their content, that is, if they had any content," screamed the spokesperson, temporarily losing control. "The whole blamed lot of them are just a bunch of quacks and fakers. Everything they put out is counterfeit."

(Continued) a couple of weeks ago vehemently denied culpability saying, "I knew the blasted pages didn't validate, but I don't see the big deal! Anyway they will never get me, I've got friends."

At press time W3C authorities were cruising the area around Slim's Trailer Park, one of Skip's main haunts and the home of his best friend and co-worker Slim Shyster.
