Source code/screenshots are not available for the majority of applications I have developed because the knowledge is proprietary. Following are a few descriptions of applications I have produced for various entities.

• Messageboard software for JPC. ASP application with template-based design, SQL Server/Access configurable backend, integrated Email capabilities.
• Credit Card Interface for PBS Circulation for JPC. Visual Basic application used to translate credit card processing formats between PBS Circulation's output and IC Verify's published format.
• Circulation Complaints Application for JPC. Two tier Visual Basic package to capture, archive and report on complaints registered by delivery customers using SQL Server backend.
• Mailing List Convertor for JPC. Perl application used to convert regularly published mailing lists from delivered format to Postware compatible formats.
• Web Survey software for JPC. ASP frontend for capturing survey responses and a VB backend utilizing Crystal Reports.
• NANDE Order Processing for JPC. ASP application to capture and schedule bulk orders for schools and provide a variety of html and Excel reports. Interface with Circulation package from Data Sciences, Inc.
• Bundle Top Processing for JPC. ASP application to reference DSI Circulation database and produce Bundle Top labels for production.
• Corestates Interface for JPC. VB application to convert and transmit purchasing card statements from Navision Financials to an online processor.
• PBS Data Conversion for JPC. Multi-application suite used to convert a variety of text formatted reports to import to the PBS Circulation database package. Included a number of transformations, lookups and consolidations - around 2500 lines of code.
• Deadlines Tracking System for JPC. ASP/SQL Server applications to log deadlines and provide a number of Crystal Reports. Flexible, user-definable deadline criteria and report generator.
• Daily Journal Classifieds System for JPC. ASP/SQL Server web application to import scheduling information from Computext and Brainworks Classified packages and produce a searchable multi-category text/graphic Classifieds section on the web with an ad clipping feature to easily allow users to collect ads to follow up later.
• Contacts List pages for JPC. ASP pages used to convert personnel records exported from Navision Financials package into a searchable contacts database for the company Intranet.
• Newsprint Inventory Software for JPC. VB application for tracking newsprint inventory levels. Integration with Crystal Reports, barcode scanning hardware and various EDI sources, with a handy tray application to alert managers to inventory levels.
• Folderwatch for Telcom Network System, Inc. Application designed to monitor user-defined folders for file system changes and perform various functions according to the filetype, type of change, etc.
• Engineering Interface for Hydril, Inc. ASP application to provide filtered directory browsing across a company network for easy reference and categorization of engineering documents.
• Netmsg for Hydril, Inc. VB application used to push company messages and documents to user desktops at boot time.
• Inkjet Convertor for JPC. VB application designed to parse text reports and provide a format compatible with industrial inkjet labeling equipment.
• Linage & Revenue Software for JPC. ASP/SQL application to import data from Brainworks Advertising, parse, consolidate and perform financial transactions to produce a custom L&R summary report.
• PBS Mail Labeling Software for JPC. VB application designed to convert text report output from PBS Circulation and use MS Word automation via DDE to produce custom formatted mailing labels.
• MBMessagebox for the NEA Member Benefits association. VB application designed to distribute and display RTF formatted documents to user workstations. Basically a network messaging application that works with documents instead of text notices.
• MPA Public Notices for JPC. Visual Basic console application to pull public notices from Brainworks Classified software and transmit via FTP to the MS Press Association's repository.
• News Budgeting Software for JPC. ASP application designed to log editorial projects and distribute daily status to a local mailing list.
• NFTB Software for JPC. Software used to pull daily headlines from a B-Tree editorial database, convert to XML and transmit via FTP to the National Federation for the Blind archive for production on their telephone-based Newsline service.
• Printing Expenses Suite for JPC. VB/SQL/Crystal Reports application to generate quotes, process and track expenses for commercial print jobs. Includes an interface to summarize and export data for Navision Financials.
• Production Supplies Application for JPC. VB/Access/Crystal application to track and monitor inventory levels for supplies relating to print jobs.
• PBS Renewals Application for JPC. VB/SQL application designed to pull invoices and renewals data from PBS Circulation and provide print output via DDE integration with MS Word.
• PBS Sacktags Application for JPC. VB/SQL application designed to pull mailing bundle consolidation data from PBS Circulation and provide print output via DDE integration with MS Word.
• PBS Vacation Pack Application for JPC. VB application designed to identify users scheduling a vacation period in PBS Circulation and provide print output for carriers via DDE integration with MS Word.
• Waste Tracker for JPC. VB/Access/Crystal application to provide for data entry of nightly run results and produce analytical reports examining potential spots for waste elimination.
• Web Break Tracker for JPC. VB/SQL/Crystal application to track quality in paper rolls and report shipments with chronic problems manufacturers.
• Web Crank for JPC. VB application used to pull newspaper stories (via user specified criteria) from a B-Tree MacIntosh database, strip formatting, convert to XML and store in a SQL Server database for use on the public web site.
• Djournal.com for JPC. VB/ASP/SQL applications used to deliver a template-formatted CMS for the daily newspaper. Number of user features, administrative interface and editorial workflow implementation to assure the publishing of content with the correct emphasis, at the specified time and with quick page rendering times. Also integrates a seperate archival database.
• Winlincs Interface for JPC. VB application used to convert zoned mailing information from PBS Circulation to a format compatible with the industrial mail sorting hardware guidance package WinLincs.
• Work Orders for JPC. VB/SQL application designed to receive, track and distribute work orders from users to administrators.
