SPONSOR A PPIR/PPO event:

To sponsor a PPIR/PPO event, you or your firm must provide for a place and the catering. Catering must include an adequate supple of bottled water, sodas, beer and wine. The place can be your place of business or any other facility in which you can maintain a separation between the PPIR/PPO attendees and the general public. Examples include your business parking lot with a tent, a catering hall, or a builder’s model center. Parking for about 200-250 vehicles should be within easy walking or a shuttle would have to be provided. Multiple sponsors are allowed and encouraged. No admission fee can be charged.

NEW!!! Various levels of Co-Sponsorships available ranging from $100 to $2500. For more details click here

Bill Mauffray provides promotion of the PPIR/PPO event. It includes two or three separate e-mails sent to over 2000 contacts that include the entire GACAR membership, BANCF members, plus most lenders, appraisers, title companies, insurance companies, financial planners, and other parties related to the real estate industry;  as well as, anyone professional who provides a sales or service. The only requirement to being on the PPIR/PPO notification list is that the individual have his or her own e-mail address. The e-mails are sent out approx 20 days out and 10 days out before the scheduled PPIR/PPO event/.

Registration of guest is directed by Bill Mauffray. The sponsor will provide personnel to assist in the registration process and tables as needed..

At the present time, the PPIR/PPO date is the first or second Wednesday of the month. Tuesday is okay if there is a conflicting event on the Wednesday. Normally there is no PPIR/PPO event  in the summer months (many on vacation), and December (too many holiday events). There is usually never more than one a month.

Two-month notice is required in order to meet the first e-mail notification date. Sponsor must have place and caterer identified by no later than one month before the proposed PPIR/PPO event date.

Bill Mauffray will provide the sound system and music for the event. If PA sponsor is not secured then there is a $300.00 fee. Additional fees may range from $500.00 to $2000.00

PROVIDE A DOOR PRIZE:

Anyone receiving the PPIR e-mail can provide a door prize for a business card drawing, even if a direct competitor is sponsoring the PPIR. The door prize should have a value of approximately $25 and can include gift certificates, gift baskets, or coupon for services. You will be asked to make a brief description of your service (less then 1 minute) and then draw a business card from the basket.

If your firm would like to host, co-host, sponsor, or provide a door prize for a  PPIR/PPO event,  please contact Bill Mauffray at ppir@bellsouth.net  or call him at 352-219-3141.
