FULL HOST SPONSOR:
provides place, catering and bar. And either a flat fee of $1000 is charged; or
PPIR/PPO is allowed to charge a $5.00 entry fee.
HOST SPONSOR provides the place, tables and platform for announcements and any personnel needed to work the check in table. Benefits include 3 minutes of announcements plus mentions throughout the event and within all advance promotions and emails, and whatever self provided promotional material you want can be used; and a five year link from the PPIR/PPO web site.
· Fees: (1) NO FEE OPTION: pay nothing and allow a $5.00/person entry fee.
· OR (2) FLAT FEE OPTION: pay $1000 fee and no entry fee will be charged.
CATERING SPONSOR: Host sponsor is responsible for either:
· (1) paying for and providing light snacks [or greater at their option] (i.e. minimum of cheese and crackers, fruit and vegetable platters, chips and dips, and at least 2 hot items, etc.);
· (2) securing another company(s) to provide for catering, either self or hired.
· (3) FLAT FEE OPTION: Pay $1000,00 [plus $5.00 per person over 200 people attendance] and snacks including some hot items will be provided by PPIR/PPO; but Host Sponsor must provide all personnel to assist with pick-up, delivery, set-up, serving and clean-up. Benefits include additional 2 minutes of announcements, plus mentions throughout the event and within all advance promotions and emails, and self provided banner, table clothes and/or posters to display in the food serving areas.
BAR SPONSOR: Host sponsor is responsible for either:
· (1) paying for and providing beer, wine and water plus bar tenders;
· (2) securing another company(s) to provide for bar, either self or hired;
· (3) FLAT FEE OPTION: pay $500 and beer, wine & water will be provided for by PPIR/PPO, but Host Sponsor must provide all personnel to assist with pick-up, delivery, set-up, serving, clean-up and return unused for credit. Benefits include 2 minute announcement plus mentions throughout the event and within all advance promotions and emails, and self provided banner, tables clothes and/or posters to display in the bar serving areas.
PA SPONSOR*: flat fee of $300.00. Benefits include 2 minute announcement, plus mentions throughout the event and within all advance promotions and emails; 1 table for displays, plus self provided banner not to exceed 12 feet to be displayed over announcement platform.
LESSOR SPONSORS: This allows the event to be a mini trade show. Host sponsor can pre-empty this by paying an additional $500.00. In this case the host sponsor can bring in whomever they want to have table displays and to charge or not charge for this benefit. The fees listed below are cash and can not be substituted by a gift certificate or product
Contributor $50 30 second announcement, 1 / 4 table = approx 1 ½ feet wide by 30”
Bronze Sponsor $100 1 minute announcement, 1/2 table display = approx 3 feet wide or card table size
Silver sponsor $150 90 second announcement, 1 table display = approx 5-6’ x 30” or bingo hall sized table
Gold sponsor $200 2 minute announcement, 1 table display plus self provided banner not to exceed 5 feet wide allowed
Platinum Sponsor $300 3 minute announcement, 1 1/2 table display (approx 8-9 feet) and self provided banner not to exceed 8 feet wide allowed.

JBL PRX515 500 watt per speaker system has been secured in December of 2007. If
there is no PA sponsor, then first $300 will be applied to PA rental and
set-up. This system is 10 times more powerful then the one I have been using
though the end of 2007 giving sponsors the opportunity to actually be heard by
everyone attending.
