YEAR 2003 *SH70 & SH85 can be rented daily all summer.
Winter: Jan 1 – March 12 Off Season:  March 13 – May 14                     Aug. 16 – Oct. 12 On Season:  May 15- Aug. 15          Summer Weekly June 7- Aug. 15          Summer Daily    May 15- June 6	NO PETS ALLOWED!

Deposit of one-half rent necessary to hold reservation.  Balance to be received approximately 30 days prior to stay. Arrival time is 2 p.m., and departure time is 11 a.m. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are furnished.  (Please bring your own detergent and wash linen for next guests) You clean house for next guests before leaving(Cleaning supplies are in the houses) Sixty days cancellation notice required for refund of deposits for reservations in June or July.  All others require thirty days notice for refund of deposits.  Call for reservations: (205)678-6139 or 678-6132 Snowbirds call for monthly rates.
