Her Story
Rachel was born on December 14, 1970 at Walter Reed Army Hospital
in Washington D.C. She graduated from Lebanon High School
in 1988 and subsequently studied Political Science at Indiana State
University. On June 28,
1997 she was married to Matthew Robert Marshall. From 1998 until the birth of
their daughter in 2002 she worked as a branch manager for Manpower
International.

Matthew Robert Marshall was born
on 6/20/1971 at Shelbyville Memorial Hospital
in Shelbyville Indiana
to Karen Lou [Keiter ] Marshall and Robert Emerson Marshall. He has one
sibling; Mary Dee Marshall now 0f Valdosta,
GA.
Matthew graduated Shelbyville Senior High in 1989 and completed his
Associates Degree from Indiana
State University
in Political Science. He has had a 7 year career as a Real Estate Development
Manager with a focus on multifamily housing, and he currently holds a Real
Estate Brokers License for the State of Florida
while pursuing his Florida General Contractors License. Matt is a member of the
National Home Builders Association and Urban Land Institute.
He is employed by Wood Partners in Charlotte,
N.C. as their developer of student
residential housing for colleges and universities. They reside in Waxhaw, North Carolina.
