Dylan learned to pedal his trike last week! Now all we need is a push stick and we can kiss that stroller goodbye. Oh, wait. Deuce might need the stroller for a while. Just in time!

Daddy and Dylan shooting the flume at the pool. Dylan is still VERY tentative about the pool, but not at all tentative about the slide. Funny how things like that go.
The three favorite slide positions (in order) are:
1) Side-by-side slide
2) Dylan facing backward on Daddy's lap slide
3) Old fashioned on the lap slide

Believe it or not, we pulled off spring vacation. At least 3 days of it. Greg's been so swamped with work that we thought spring break might be more of a spring catch up/gulp at work than a vacation, but he managed 3 days at the coast. This was our first yurt adventure, and though we felt a little privileged and soft, the dry warm nights were just what we needed. I thought this picture was such a typical Oregon beach scene. Bundled up top, bare below and happy to be so.
Spring has finally arrived in Oregon. This has been by far the wettest toughest winter we've experienced in Oregon. After two weeks of spotty sunshine/showers and warmer temperatures, the lift in mood around town is tangible. Dylan and I are loving it. Greg at least hears about it in the evenings.
