On November 7, 2004 George and Helen XXXX visited A. C, "Gus''

Baxter at his home located at 1507 Barclay Drive, Natchitoches, LA.

George had served with Gus in Korea. We lived in a 2-man BOQ. We became close friends. Helen and I found several pictures of our time together in Korea and wished to share them with him. We also had some pictures from my service in Saudi Arabia, where I served after Gus.

From the time we arrived, until we departed, our conversation and actions were rudely and closely monitored by a young man we had never met. He did introduce himself by name only.

During the entire visit, we were allowed no private time with our old friend. This made for a most unsatisfactory visit with my old wartime buddy, Gus.

We did not then, nor do we now, understand the reason for the young man's intrusive actions.
