A Message From Commissioner Bill Fuller
Alabama State Department of Human Resources
"Without foster care providers the state could not protect its children" said Alabama Department of Human Resources Commissioner Bill Fuller. "Therapeutic providers, residential providers, and traditional foster parents all provide safe and loving homes for children who cannot live with their own families."
The Commissioner will be joining us at the Luncheon on Thursday, October 3, 2002, from Noon until 1:30 p.m.
