After my second incident of the balance shaft elimination kit costing an engine overhaul I have hopefully solved the stub shaft problem.
This second time had heavy consequences. as shown
Along with the block and crank
Next on the list is to upgrade while apart and do it all over again.
Mods will be new 255LPH walbro fuel pump if the rust will let me, to support new 550 injectors I have been carrying around for over a year.
And some new body work still a work in progress but so far all metal no glass or bondo. This should decrease those under hood temperatures!!
The new block after inspection and boring it out .020. I took a dremmel an cleaned up the casting marks in the bottom end.
