All filly foals are very precious to the "stud breeder " - The first Purebred Arabian Filly born at Tallow Wood Stud was "Tallow Wood Sharilla" in 1975 (pictured above with her Sire and Dam and her first born filly "Sahateyn Sonata" by Sahjat imp U.S.A.)
Tallow Wood Sharilla was by the Stud's Foundation Sire "Royal Ishmael" and her dam was the Stud's Foundation mare "Rifarilla " - She survived a traumatic birth that was simply a "Miracle" and at the same time broke a long line of Colts giving promise for the future of the Stud
A beautiful gelding by "Rio El Jamaal imp Brazil" x "Sahateyn Sonata" was sold to a very "special home" late in '02 and a full sister ? - maybe next year - we will look forward to 1994 being a " filly year" for Tallow Wood Stud
