Earth Science is something of a grab-bag of geology and the related fields of seismology, tectonics, vulcanology, etc. lumped together with meteorology, ecology, hydrology, and apparently even geography and cartography. For some reason soli science is excluded, although geochemistry is not. This is the kind of thing that makes browsing Amazon.com difficult.
