This week's comic commemorates the December 2004 edition of the City of Heroes comic (#7), in which my Knowledge is Power tips were printed. I wrote them kinda in-character since I always figured SERVE was the division our little bureaucratic heroine had joined, but I wasn't going to reference it. Then I saw they printed the Author Name, so I figured... what the hey!
