Think about trying a dance competition -- just for fun! Pro-Am Competition improves your dancing by leaps and bounds...because it gives you a goal to strive for -- while having a lot of fun at the same time! It is a competition format where a STUDENT dances with their TEACHER, competing against other students at a similar level of ability/experience. There are many different levels of competition....ranging from brand-new "Newcomer" category to Advanced. There are also different age-related categories for dancers who are in their '30s, '40s, '50s and '60s -- so you're only competing with those people at your same level of experience and/or within your age group. With a teacher, the focus is completely on you… making your own dancing better and better….you don't have the added pressure of worrying about your partner's dancing or struggling through routines where BOTH of you are learning your parts.

Isn't this expensive?

Not necessarily! It depends upon how much time and effort you want to put into it -- that's totally up to you. Exact cost will vary from student to student, depending upon their goals -- chances are, it's much more affordable than you think! We have really enjoyed working with our Pro-Am students over the years, many of whom have had the thrill of earning First place overalls and Gold With Honors rankings in their competitive performance! We are seasoned competitors ourselves, competing on 3 different dance circuits (Swing, Hustle, Country).  We have earned our way to the top-ranked UCWDC Division 1 professional division.  Mark has judged for many years on the national circuit, as well as in countless local competitions. So we are very familiar with the competition arena, and what judges look for. We know how to show you off to your maximum potential! Together, we have 28+ years of combined teaching experience, and our training in Swing, Ballroom, Latin, Hustle, Country and Theatrical Arts dancing can help shape you into a better, more comfortable...more CONFIDENT dancer. Private Lesson Price's NEW RATES Starting April 2008 There will be a 90 day renewal expiration date on our previous rates for individual or double instructors.  Double instructor rates will be based on our last posted rate. The rates will renew with each private lesson taken.   Old rates for single instructor still apply if... you have received this rate previously and you have taken a private lesson (1/2 hour or longer) within the past 90 days.   SPECIAL PRIVATE LESSON RATES Starting May 2008 Bronze level 1 students   Almost 40% discount off your first private lesson Sign up and pay for a 4 week Bronze Level 1 class at posted fee's and receive 38% off a private lessons   Restrictions for special private lesson rate: 1. Offer only good for a paid 4-week class at the regular rate. 2. Private lesson must be taken after the 2nd week. 3. Private lesson must be taken within one week of completion of the 4-week of class. 4. No other discounts or credits can be applied to this rate. 5. Rate is good for either 1 or 2 people only (so you can share it). 6.  Private will be used to work on bronze level material only. 7.  If you miss any of the 4 weeks of class you can still take advantage of the discounted private rate but...      - You will not be eligible for a credit on the missed class. 8.
