Hi Jennifer,  The Bettas just got here (1:30pm est) and they are alive and seemingly happy :-)  I have them floating in their tanks right now.  The female is much darker then in the picture and doesn't seem stressed at all, that was a nice surprise.  Both seem very active and ready to get out of their bags to explore their new tanks.  They have to acclimate to the temp and get used to the water first though.  Morning JENN! fish arrived safe and sound at 6:30 am this morning,bag temp was at 71 degrees fish werent even stressed colored or anything they took the ride well ! AND THANKS FOR THAT LIL SURPRISE BEAUTY YA THREW IN THERE WOOW WOOT WOOT!................

......ANYHOW  thanks again it was great doing buisness with ya and hope to do more soon on some melano and steels if ya get any in.

You probably hear it all of the time, but you're a real Georgia peach. Pictures are of the correct fish and thank you so much for them. I want you to know that I'm just enchanted by my new fish, Smudge.  He is healthy, active, and, as his color returns, obviously very beautiful.  From the first, he has shown that he has a great personality and circulates in his tank rather than hiding in the plants.  Of course, Smudge certainly had ample reason to be flipped-out when he arrived, but he just took it all in stride.  I'm very grateful for your diligent communication and impressed by your care in packaging the fish. The babies arrive safe & sound today! They don't seem stressed at all, they were colored up right out of the bags and they act so happy in their new tanks. I just fed them some BBS, which was enjoyed by all =) These guys are GORGEOUS! Why didn't you warn me? Their coloring is so vivid, and I'm very pleased with their finnage and everything. The yellow & blue BF DTPK boy took a tiny bite out of his caudal, it seems, but that will grow back in no time with clean water & IAL. My Betta club is having a mini-show in a couple weeks, I really want to enter them because few people have Plakats, and these are really stunning. I will, of course, refer everyone to you! I promise to keep you updated about how they're doing and how their future spawns are doing ;0) Thanks sooo much! They are awesome quality Bettas, and worth (more than) every penny.~Erica

 Hi Jennifer,  I received a shipment of fish from a very well-known trans-shipper
this morning, and I just want to say that I continue to appreciate the extra time, care and attention you put into packing your fish. While this woman did an okay job, she put the heat pack on the bottom of the box and a lot of crumpled up newspaper between the heat pack and the fish themselves ... thus, they felt almost cold when I pulled them out.  The box wasn't nice and warm inside like yours always are. May I say that I wish you were the trans-shipper for more of the Thai sellers?  :)  Of the five fish I got today, several of them are just lying on the bottom of their bowls looking somewhat stressed and unhappy ... sure hope I don't lose any of them. Hi there we received the bettas the next day(the 16th). They lacked some color but they are in full color now and as beautiful as the pictures on the auction. I just had to tell you how much I regret not using you as my transshipper this last time. I got a betta through you last month, and since you weren't shipping again for awhile I went with someone else. It was horrible! She didn't ship on any of the days we agreed upon, didn't answer emails as fast as you (it took 4 days), didn't ship DHL as requested, didn't mark the box as "fragile" and "this end up" the way you did, sent them 2nd day when I paid for next day, and the heat pack wasn't even warm. When I got yours last month the box was 78 degrees and it didn't take a full week for me to get my fish. So please keep up the awesome work, and I really loved all the information on the website! I will be using you as my transshipper from now on!!

Have many people told you how wonderful you are?  Your twins are lucky to have such a flexible mom! And we are lucky to have a transshipper who has excellent customer service and cares about her customers and the bettas!......P
