Today is Sherry's Birthday.
This morning I took Rusty to Twins Professional Pet Grooming (307 Whittington Pkwy., 502-429-9010) for his first haircut with us. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do was leave him at the groomers. He did not want to stay and I just knew he thought he was being abandoned, again! I called twice during the day to check on him and was assured he was doing fine.
Twins is owned and operated by four young women who, in their own words, "don't have a life." They love the animals in their care and it shows from the time you walk through the door. They make over the animals, spend time getting to know them, walk them during the day, and they give great haircuts, too.
