Okay, now down to business. This is basically where I will play with website codes and scripts to see how much I can annoy you and if you stick around hopefully I will amuse and inform you concerning my life and interests. Over to your left is of course the little navigation buttons to take you to pages with interesting Links and Information. I will put up-to-date info about popular entertainment topics and things I want to post (like my cats). If it doesn't interest you, you need to read it so you too can become hip! Actually, if it doesn't interest you, sorry. Maybe another topic will or you can suggest a topic that needs to be added (but only legal things).

If you get frustrated trying to find something, go to the Site Map which is exactly as the name states--it's a map of this site. You can see what's offered on each page at one glance. This should help you on your quest...

I named this site Michele's Mélange because mélange begins with an M and I'm very partial to M's (my initials are M.M.) and because mélange means a mixture or medley and that's what this site is -- a mixture of links and information regarding my medley of interests. Well, that's enough thinking for now.

Feel free to e-mail me or write in my Guestbook about things you like or don't like, suggestions, questions, etc. Things may change drastically from time to time as I play with new scripts and/or graphics, but I hope all changes will be for the better. Before you criticize me too much, please note I'm doing this site using just an HTML editor. That means no templates, no FrontPage, no "generated" code, no hints/tips/tricks, etc. Just me, my computer, TextPad, and my little brain...which explains why it's not very fancy.

Here's a sampling of what you will find on the rest of the site using the navigation buttons I mentioned earlier.

My Mom, Dad, brother, and 3 cats comprise my family. We are a very close, Christian family...we have to be, all our "closest" relatives live nearly 8 hours away in Louisiana so we're all we've got.

We live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, home of the Crimson Tide, the University of Alabama's football team. My brother and I were born here; however, My Dad was born in Tennessee and raised in Louisiana. My Mom was born in Louisiana.
