-We will be starting the process to become a Domain as soon as possible.
-There was discussion of how this would affect the other Gainesville chapter.
-VST Elections!
-We need a new VST for the Cam/Anarch venue. Since there was a lack of chapter members at the meeting it was decided to open nominations for VST C/A through 11:59pm on Sunday, September 21st. After that voting via e-mail will commence throug the end of the month.
-Send all nominations to Jesse & Jarrod
-We need to revitalize the Chapter! We've become complacent and sluggish in our years. We need to get active and have some fun! Woo! Thus, the following:
-Jon Kohler(ACC-Charities) is going to look into us helping out the local Habitat for Humanity charity. Apparently they're building a whole neighborhood in the area. The tentative plan calls for Cammies to show up on the Saturday after the second game in October(October 18th) and work during Saturday for charity. If you can't make it to the volunteer work, donate sodas and drinks for the people that will show up.
-Membership Drives! Peter Carr has been requested to make a promotional flyer for our chapter. After we get them, we'll need people to put up flyers all over UF and SFCC. We need new blood! Whee! Also, a membership drive will help local members in the National Membership Drive!
-We need more socials! Thus, we're having one on Friday, September 19th to go see that new Underworld movie at the 4pm showing. Then we can geek out about it at game! Whee!
