(Jarrod is working on getting the chapter members prestige for the National Food Drive that ran a few months ago. It's apparently an uphill battle.)
-Discussion of Chapter Prestige Records
-It's a lot of work but we have some of the 'longer' records from archives. The CC staff will be working on them. And working on them. And working on them.
-Discussion of Regular Meeting Schedule
-We're going to have a chapter vote through the end of the month(the 31st) to set the day for our chapter meetings. Tuesday's at 7pm once a month has been mentioned.
-Discussion of 'World of Darkness' Troupe Game
-Our CST would like to run a game like this sometime in the future(many, many months). Right now it's an idea looking for a location. Preferably inside. Send any and all location recommendations to Matt.
-Allison on-the-fly announced various White Night things.
-They are running a Clothing Drive
-They are having a Garou game this month to 'restart' the venue.
-The exact date is unsure, but the 29th was mentioned.
-Sabbat is running well.

Current Projects:
From our previous fundraiser(the Coke Card) we have bought a cooler and ice packs and some sodas. We are now selling them at games. It's worked before in the past and should work well for us into the future.
Problems:
Our Mage venue is temporarily in limbo. Due to lack of a VSS(per the new system) and the possibility of our VST Mage graduating from UF.
Questions:
When does a purchased memebership expire? I, and most of my fellow Cammies renewed up through 04-01-01 when the NPO switched over, so we all expire then. But I'm unsure when our new chapter members memberships expire, since I haven't seen what a 'renewal/new' membership e-mail/packet/information tells them. I've guessed that it expires on the last day of the month before they purchased their membership and have put it down as such in this report.
